Description
As with most of my bowls, my design is largely dictated by the log I am working with. In this case I had a large, rather flat blank, which lent itself to the Black Cherry bowl you see here. The large bottom offers a very stable stance. I enhanced the color and grain with a chip carved necklace on the outside. As with most of my bowls it is finished with flax seed oil.
