Description
This apple tree was old when I bought the property 40 years ago. It fell limb by limb, eventually providing a blank large enough to make 2 small bowls. While working on these bowls, I enjoyed the smell, reminding me of a cider mill. The dark rich color was a surprise and was enhanced by the flax seed I applied. A few splits add to the “character” of the bowl…I know you’ll agree.
