Description
A strong wind knocked down this rather small maple. These 2 bowls were carved from the very bottom of the trunk. I refer to them as “fraternal twin bowls”…same tree but different orientation. As a result, I didn’t have the heart to separate them. One was carved with the split side up and the other with the split side down…can you tell which is which? Both have beautiful maple grain and were finished with flax seed oil and are being offered as a pair.
Each bowl approximate dimensions 14″ x 6″ x 2″
